Privacy policy

The short version first: we collect what an order needs and nothing more, we do not sell your data, and you can have a copy or deletion of what we hold by sending one email.

1. What we collect

• Order details: name, shipping address, email, phone number, and what you bought. Needed to deliver and to help you afterwards.
• Payment: handled entirely by Shopify Payments or PayPal. We never see or store your card number.
• Messages: anything you write to us, kept so the next reply does not start from zero.
• Site usage: standard analytics about pages visited and how you found us, collected through cookies described below.

2. What we use it for

• Fulfilling and delivering your order, and sending its confirmation and tracking emails.
• Answering your messages and administering the 30-day guarantee.
• Improving the site and, where required by law, meeting tax and accounting obligations.
• Marketing email only if you opted in, and every such email carries a one-click unsubscribe that works immediately.

3. Who we share it with

Only the companies it takes to run a store: Shopify (our platform), payment processors, the shipping carrier, our email provider, and analytics services. Each receives the minimum needed to do its job and none may use your data for its own purposes. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, ever.

4. Cookies

The site uses cookies for the cart, for remembering your preferences, and for measuring which pages and ads work. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart needs them, most other things survive without them.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Support messages are kept while they remain useful for helping you. Analytics data is aggregated or deleted on the schedules of the services that collect it.

6. Your rights

Email hey@novrasleep.com and we will, within 30 days: send you a copy of everything we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete what the law does not require us to keep, or stop any marketing instantly. Depending on your state, additional rights may apply, and we honor them regardless of which state you write from.

7. Security

The site runs on Shopify’s infrastructure with encryption in transit throughout. Access to customer data inside Novra is limited to the people who answer your messages.

8. Children

The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, tell us and we delete it.

9. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will say so on this page. The date at the top always tells you when it last moved.
