Shipping policy

Novra ships within the United States only, from our US warehouse. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend and nothing added at checkout.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship outside the United States. If you are elsewhere and would like to know when that changes, write to us and we will tell you.

How long it takes

Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. An order placed on a weekend or a holiday is packed the next business day. Because everything ships from a warehouse inside the US, there are no customs charges and no import waits, ever.

Delivery windows are estimates given to us by the carrier, not promises we can enforce. Weather, carrier backlogs and holiday volume can add a day or two. If your order has not arrived within 8 days of dispatch, contact us and we will chase the carrier ourselves.

Tracking

Your tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel is handed to the carrier. It can take a few hours to show its first scan. You can follow it any time on our track order page. If the number has not arrived within 24 hours of ordering on a business day, check your spam folder first, then write to us.

Wrong or incomplete address

If you spot an address mistake after ordering, email hey@novrasleep.com immediately with your order number. We can correct it any time before dispatch. Once a parcel is moving we cannot redirect it, but we will help you work with the carrier, and if it comes back to us we resend it or refund you.

Lost or damaged in transit

If a parcel is confirmed lost, or arrives damaged, you choose: a replacement shipped the same business day, or a full refund. Photos of any damage help us claim against the carrier, but your refund never waits for that claim to resolve.
